LESLIE A. PERLMAN

 

Leslie Perlman graduated from American University and New York Law School where she was a Notes and Comments Editor of the Journal of Human Rights.   Leslie focuses on property tax opinion letters, “No Action” letters from the office of the Attorney General of the State of New York regarding Condominium projects, motion practice and tax projections for new acquisition.  She also oversees our pre-litigation department.
